Nathan Gemmiti (“Nate”) serves as the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Ibexis. In leading the strategic direction and the day-to-day management of the company, Mr. Gemmiti brings his experience in founding Knighthead Annuity & Life Assurance Company, an insurer that offers fixed annuity products to non-US persons through over forty bank and broker dealer relationships. At Knighthead Annuity, Mr. Gemmiti and his business partner took an idea and eventually built a fully functioning insurance company that grew to generate $235 million of annual revenue. Prior, he was an Operating Partner at Apollo Management LP, where he assisted in the launch and growth of Athene Annuity. He is a lawyer by training, having started his career at a large New England based law firm and served as General Counsel of a publicly traded reinsurance company. He is a graduate of Boston College Law School and Saint Anselm College. He is admitted to practice law before multiple courts of law, including the Supreme Court of the United States.
